I've taken chinese med for my diarrhea. and yes, it really works.

today, i only went to the loo twice to poo poo.

but like they say, 良药苦口, that 3 packets of powder was really hard to swallow. first packet was mix with a cup of water. only then i know how horrible it is and i took a long time to finish the whole thing. then the second one, we got cleverer and mix it with only with a quarter cup of water and brown sugar. then the 3rd one just a mouthful of water so i can easily finish everything in a gulp.

thought i could go clubbing tonight. but no peeps going. then i cant make it on sat night too cus i have to go to cdc for my trial test on sunday morning. this is such a spoiler. if i cant tahan then maybe i'll just skip the etrial test. haha.
