i dont know what's coming over me lately. i just couldnt slp at all.

take last night for example. i off the com at 1.30pm approx. lying on the bed and played animal crossing until 4plus am. had a very very scary nightmare. dreamt that 2 person was trying to torture me. it was scary. something then pierce through my stomach and electrocuted me. then i'm fainting. i'm dying. jumped awake in sweat. sms bf but as expected that didnt wake him up. later then i realised that the piercing pain is because of my hungry tummy. i forgot that for the whole day i've only eaten some carrot cake and porridge.

that nightmare was 5plus.

then i managed to slp again. but i had another nightmare close to 8. this time, a very scary voice was telling me "i want to tell you a secretttt..." you know that kind of scary voices which make you scared. then as usual, i jumped awake again. but this time, i heard the door unlock.. footsteps... someone ran into the room.... i scream out loud....

it was mummy cause she forgot to take her wallet and she's late for work.

one may think it is funny. but i believe its human nature to be afraid when something unexpectedly charge at you.


and so i cant slp again after this scream. tried to but kept on crying on the bed for dunno what fuck. i think im still tramautized by it. i need some help............ i'm really fatigue.. i need sleep...
